The concept of Flourish51 has its beginnings as the founder's deep immersion into the science of human flourishing. Her desire to put the evidence into practice led to a self-experiment.First Form
Launch · 2021
Launched as a low-fidelity prototype, Flourish51 began as a human-centered design studio practicing social impact, equity, and well-being design.Version 2.0
Evolution · 2026
After 5 years , Flourish51 evolved into a living prototype of Flourishing-Centered Design (FCD) merging 3 disciplines design, well-being science & biomimicry. Debuting & stepping into full flight.

Flourish51 is a collective of seasoned practitioners and young advisors brought together by shared methodology, shared values, and shared commitment to the moonshot of human flourishing. Each engagement activates a curated team chosen for the work, drawn from across design, science, organizational strategy, cultural practice, and youth advisory. The shape of every team meets the shape of the work.
Youth Advisory Circle
We design for young people by designing with young people.
The Flourishing Youth Academy is shaped through continuous dialogue with our Youth Advisory Circle — a cohort of young advisors aged 11 through 26 whose lived experience keeps the work honest, current, and filled with zest!
They are co-designers and their fingerprints (and infectious laughter!) are on everything FYA delivers.
