As a creative studio with 4 living laboratories, every engagement is both service delivery and applied research. We continuously test, measure, and refine the methodology across our own practice and alongside our clients.

Flourishing Life Design Sprints & Workshops

We offer families, groups, and teams in person or virtual life design sprints & workshops shaped around common life challenges or bespoke content designed specifically for needs expressed. Available options include

Flourishing Life Design Coaching

Modular or full year journey

Explore the cultures leading in flourishing despite every climate, geography, and constraint imaginable.

GEM Journeys are dynamic expeditions that combine experiential learning + ethnographic research to turn travel into lasting insight about how to live well.

Our journeys bring small groups into deep, intentional contact with the world’s living cultures of flourishing with traditions of connection, resilience, character, and joy to reveal the fullest picture of what it means to thrive.

Flourishing Futures Fellowships

Our Flourishing Futures Fellowships are the capstone experiences of the FYA living laboratory. We offer 12-month fellowships that integrate life design, entrepreneurship, and custom-designed GEM Journeys.
