The Flourishing Youth Academy

The Flourishing Futures Fellowship (F3)
A year-long fellowship program for future global leaders to learn social entrepreneurship and flourishing-centered design by building a real-world social impact venture from the ground up.
Each summer, Fellows participate in immersive global learning experiences that explore creativity and human flourishing in countries recognized for leadership in innovation, design, and creative culture.

FYA Labs
FYA’s Life Design & FutureMakers Labs are high-impact creative hubs where young people practice new models of learning rooted in human-centered design & well-being science.
In the Life Design Lab, young people engage in hands-on design sprints to co-create & test ways to experience flourishing.
In the FutureMakers Lab both students & educators build creative confidence by tackling design challenges in a creative space designed to unlock the brilliance of the next generation.

Inspirational journeys for young leaders to build creative confidence & develop flourishing mindsets
FYA offers two types of jmmersive travel experiences for families or student groups: Seasonal life design retreats & Global expeditions to creativity and innovation hubs.

What is the Flourishing Youth Academy (FYA)?
The Flourishing Youth Academy (FYA) is the youth-centered design studio of Flourish51—built to equip young people with the tools, mindset, and confidence to design flourishing lives and meaningful ventures.
Grounded in character strengths, well-being science, and human-centered design, FYA starts by helping young people discover what is already strong within them to ignite creative thinking, real-world project development, and genuine curiosity about global cultures and perspectives.
The result: young people who are equipped to design lives of purpose, vitality, and meaningful contribution—and who understand their role as citizens of an interconnected world.
